Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Bend, Oregon, seeks a hands-on supervisor to oversee daily hub operations, city delivery dispatchers, and hub delivery specialists. You will ensure accurate invoicing to spoke stores, investigate discrepancies, and maintain inventory control with monthly cycle counts.

Qualifications

• Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired, especially Spanish.
• Experience as a supervisor or manager is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise city delivery dispatcher(s) and hub delivery specialists to ensure accuracy and customer service.
• Coordinate with city delivery dispatchers to invoice products to spoke stores.
• Investigate shipping and inventory discrepancies and correct them promptly.
• Assist with monthly cycle counts and inventory control duties.
• Oversee hub stockers and ensure timely stocking and proper handling of orders.
• Minimize shrinkage and theft through proper controls.
• Manage hub routes to maximize efficiency while controlling costs.
• Ensure safety, route adherence, and policies; maintain payroll schedules.
• Coordinate with store managers for route coverage during absences.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and quarterly inspections; ensure MVR on file when required.
