Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage HUB operations and support the parts department with counts, stocking, and plan-o-grams. You will collaborate with the General Manager and store management to ensure efficient HUB performance and policy compliance.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and retail experience; forklift certification is a plus. Physical demands include standing, lifting, and occasional forklift use.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in retail and inventory management preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift with certification preferred.
• Strong communication and math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• Call servicing store when HUB orders can’t be filled and explain reorders.
• Complete parts department cycle counts including outs.
• Assist with plan-o-grams and stock in the parts department.
• Train team members as directed by the GM to ensure HUB can operate per policy.
• Maintain inventories and daily records; ensure safety and policy compliance.
