• Serve as frontline customer service to receive and resolve inquiries and issues.
• Assist with BC/SA audit by retrieving data/files for review.
• Support loss prevention and QA by correcting addresses and ensuring packages are in good condition.
• Prioritize workflow to maximize same-day delivery readiness and ensure proper scan statuses.
• Research missing packages and document disputed deliveries for management review.
• Track metrics and prepare weekly reports for management review.
• Handle IC inquiries related to settlement, uniforms, etc.
