Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Hub Inventory Specialist in Omaha, NE to manage hub operations, fulfill orders, and maintain inventory accuracy. The role requires knowledge of store systems, parts familiarity, and the ability to coordinate with nearby stores, hubs, and suppliers for timely fulfillment.

Primary responsibilities include processing hub orders, staging parts, and handling paperwork while engaging drivers and network partners for sourcing and logistics.

Qualifications

• Retail inventory management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret order paperwork.
• Strong math and numerical accuracy.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Forklift certification and operation if applicable.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Hub operations and resolution of Hub orders in a timely manner
• Review Hub orders, pulling parts, stage product, finalize paperwork
• Interaction with Drivers on paperwork, instructions, etc.
• Engaging store to facility network to determine part sourcing and logistics solutions; work with ordering store for fulfillment options if unavailable in network
• Work with GM, DL and SSC support for proper inventory mix and levels
• Inventory accuracy and functions- Cycle Counts, Outages, Planograms, Maxi changes, Price Changes, Front & Face, Truck lead
• Manage and comply with all Hub records and all paperwork policies and procedures
