Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production environment.
• Hazard analysis knowledge (HACCP, GMP, OSHA, SQF).

Responsabilités

• Schedule processing and production of product.
• Ensure processing areas are clean before and after use.
• Monitor HTST system and operate according to PMO standards including daily use of computers and HMI systems.
• Coordinate CIP systems per PMO and food safety plans.
