Chobani is seeking an HTST Operator in Twin Falls to lead pasteurization during shifts and ensure equipment is operating properly. You will maintain accurate documentation and keep a clean, well-maintained work area.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety, documenting charts (legal records), verifying seals, initiating CIP after washing, and tracking process parameters. You will also support QA sampling, coordinate with maintenance, and assist with audits.

Qualifikationen

• Understand HTST process and equipment operation.
• Follow GMP procedures.
• Understand CIP process and documentation.
• Work with maintenance and inspectors during ISDA audits.
• Able to walk on wet floors, lift 75 lbs, and climb stairs.

Aufgaben

• Ensure a safe workplace and report safety issues.
• Document charts clearly; these are legal documents that need to be legible and accurate.
• Ensure seals are in place and document any that are broken or missing.
• Print CIPs after washing and check temperature, flow, titration, and time trends.
• Do pre-production cut in/out validation and document clearly on chart.
• Understand product flow from raw milk silo to maturation tank and cream silo.
• Understand whey flow and reverse osmosis, and how to start/stop CIP.
• Pull QA samples for butterfat tests and report out of line results.
• Maintain communication with KDB, Starter Room, and fruit room.
• Sterilize cream totes and enter placards correctly.
• Troubleshoot with leads and maintenance.
