• Perform sanitary duties on equipment such as silos and slurries.
• Address leaks in pumps, valves, or tanks and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP, SQF, GMP and related paperwork.
• Monitor butterfat results to meet specifications and product quality.
• Interact with state regulators quarterly to verify pasteurizing system compliance.
