Qualifikationen

• Manufacturing or production environment.
• Working with hazard analysis and critical control poings (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements.

Aufgaben

• Schedule processing and production of product.
• Monitor and operate HTST system according to PMO standards, including daily use of computers and HMI systems.
• Monitor and adjust milk unloading schedules as necessary.
• Coordinate CIP systems according to PMO and food safety plans.
• Identify process issues and/or deviations and escalate to management as necessary.
