Responsibilities

• Schedule processing and production of product.
• Ensure processing areas are clean before and after use.
• Monitor and operate HTST system per PMO standards.
• Coordinate CIP systems per PMO and food safety plans.
• Coordinate chocolate batching and identify process deviations.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Report hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately.
• Contribute to safety trainings and improve protocols.
