Job summary

MilliporeSigma in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a graduate co‑op for a six‑month, full‑time, on‑site assignment from January to June 2027. You will help develop high‑throughput screening plate products, including dry‑ and liquid‑plated biochemical reagents, buffers, and screening matrices in multiple well formats.

The role involves planning and running experiments, data analysis, and presenting a final project to the R&D team.

Qualifications

• Curriculum vitae or resume reflecting current enrollment in a Master’s or PhD program in relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with 24‑ to 384‑well plates and liquid handling.
• Experience planning experiments and data analysis with Excel; JMP or similar is a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare biochemical reagent solutions and formulations for plating.
• Operate or support dispensers, balances, and plate handling equipment.
• Help build dispensing workflows including plate layouts and dose ranges.
• Measure fill accuracy and plate uniformity using gravimetric or UV‑Vis methods.
• Document maps, instructions, protocols, and reports; share results with cross‑functional teams.
