Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related fields.
• GPA of 3.0+ across college coursework required.
• Must not have conflicting internship/contract dates.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Interest in biologics, process development, and digital tech.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Support high-throughput process development and purification activities.
• Design, execute and document lab experiments for process performance and scalability.
• Perform chromatography, purification studies and data collection.
• Assist in scale-down models, HTD workflows and automation initiatives.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights for process optimization.
• Present findings to cross-functional teams and document results.
