Email Marketing Specialist (100% Remote)

Join Our Community of Food People! As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns tailored to our B2B audience.

This position is fully remote, allowing work from anywhere in the United States except Hawaii and U.S. Territories.

Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement email strategies aligned with business goals and B2B customers.
2. Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Use your knowledge to create, customize, and optimize email templates, automation journeys, and segmentation.
3. Content Creation: Work with content creators to develop engaging emails, newsletters, product announcements, and invitations.
4. A/B Testing: Test subject lines, content, design, and CTAs to improve campaign performance.
5. Segmentation: Manage segmented email lists for targeted, relevant messaging.
6. Automation: Develop automated workflows and drip campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
7. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing insights for optimization.
8. Compliance: Ensure campaigns adhere to regulations like CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
9. Reporting: Generate performance reports and share insights with stakeholders.
10. Emerging Trends: Keep up with industry trends and new technologies for growth opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 3 years of email marketing experience, preferably in B2B.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and automation tools.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and recommend actions.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing best practices.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Certifications/Training

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• HTML and CSS skills are a plus.

This role includes an annual incentive bonus and benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $90,000 based on experience and location.
