Email Marketing Specialist (100% Remote)

Join our team as an Email Marketing Specialist! This role is fully remote, based in the United States (excluding Hawaii and U.S. Territories). You will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns targeted at our B2B audience, utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, creating engaging content, conducting A/B testing, managing segmentation and automation, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring compliance with email regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing email marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team
• Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create and optimize email campaigns
• Creating engaging email content with content creators
• Conducting A/B tests to improve campaign metrics
• Managing segmented email lists for targeted messaging
• Developing automated email workflows and drip campaigns
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance data
• Ensuring compliance with email marketing laws
• Generating performance reports and sharing insights
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably B2B
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing automation tools
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Preferred qualifications include experience with HTML and CSS, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification. This role offers an annual incentive bonus and comprehensive benefits, with a salary range of $55,000 - $90,000 depending on experience and location.
