Job summary

TransCanada Turbines Ltd. Houston Branch seeks a Field Service Coordinator to provide essential administrative support and coordinate field service operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle reception duties, visa/travel support, expense reviews and purchasing, while ensuring timely invoicing and accurate WIP management. On-site role based in Tomball, TX with a focus on safety and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Reception area including answering and distributing calls and greeting visitors.
• Provide Branch safety orientation to visitors and new personnel.
• Manage mail and courier items (LSS System) and maintain supplies.
• Coordinate building maintenance, travel arrangements, and company events.
• Support sales initiatives and weekly payroll reporting.
• Process purchase orders for branch activities and expenses.
• Track field service job schedules, dispatches, tooling and materials.
• Coordinate shipments with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain tooling inventory, PAT testing and calibrations.
• Keep training documentation and matrices up to date.
• Review field paperwork submitted by FS representatives and technician timesheets.
