Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC seeks a Sr HSSE Excellence Associate to lead contractor onboarding and performance across power generation sites in North America. You will partner with HSSE, operations and procurement to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements, and to embed continuous improvement using data analytics and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an analytical/HSSE field.
• 3+ years in the power generation industry or similar.
• Experience in HSSE contractor management and onboarding.
• Knowledge of OSHA reporting requirements.
• Proficient data analytics and use of BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor onboarding through RWE processes to improve HSSE performance.
• Lead contractor performance review teams for contract and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize multiple software tools to monitor and provide real-time feedback to stakeholders.
• Support HSSE incident reviews and RCA with structured feedback.
• Track corrective actions and ensure closure using digital tools.
• Provide guidance on corrective and preventive actions for HSSE gaps.
• Collaborate across teams to identify trends and improvements.
• Travel up to 25% and support cross-site HSSE initiatives.
