Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC seeks a Sr HSSE Excellence Associate to lead contractor onboarding and HSSE performance across North American sites. You will partner with multiple teams to ensure safe, compliant evaluation and execution of contracted labor from onboarding through performance monitoring.

The role emphasizes data analytics, regulation adherence, and continuous HSSE improvement, including incident reviews, RCA support, and action tracking using Tableau, Power BI and MS 365.

Qualifications

• Analytical work experience in HSSE or related field preferred.
• Experience with contractor management and onboarding processes.
• Understanding of OSHA reporting and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Manages contractor onboarding through HSSE processes to improve performance.
• Leads contractor performance review teams for compliance with contracts and laws.
• Utilizes multiple software products to monitor and report results to stakeholders.
• Promotes HSSE and stakeholder collaboration through structured analyses.
• Reviews contractor incidents and RCA reports with actionable feedback.
• Supports corrective actions and tracks closure in digital tools.
• Interprets contractor standards against site implementation and regulations.
• Travels up to 25% to sites and field locations.
