RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Sr HSSE Excellence Associate to manage contractor onboarding, performance reviews, and HSSE analytics across projects in North America. You will work with multiple teams to ensure compliance with HSSE standards and regulatory requirements while leveraging Tableau, Power BI, and other tools for real-time reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytical/HSSE-related field preferred.
• OHST/CHST or ASP preferred.
• 3+ years in power generation industry or similar.
• Professional certifications (CHSO, OHST, ASP) preferred.
• Experience in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
• Experience in North American energy, manufacturing, or related field.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor onboarding processes to improve HSSE performance.
• Lead contractor performance review teams for compliance with contracts and regulations.
• Utilize multiple software tools to monitor and feedback to stakeholders.
• Promote HSSE and stakeholder interests through evaluations and reviews.
• Review incident reports and conduct root-cause analysis with contractors and provide feedback.
