Fermi's Matador construction site in Texas seeks a Case Manager / Safety Administrator to coordinate injury and illness cases, oversee HSSE recordkeeping, and manage training and certification tracking. This site-based role partners with the clinic, HR, supervision, and the workers’ compensation carrier to keep the safety program compliant and responsive.

You will administer the return-to-work program, maintain OSHA logs, control documents, and generate HSSE metrics and reports for leadership.

Formación

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in safety, health administration, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in safety administration, medical case management, workers’ compensation, or HSSE coordination.
• Strong recordkeeping, data-entry, and document-control skills with high accuracy.
• Working knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping (29 CFR 1904) and case-management practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS / safety-management software.
• Ability to handle confidential medical and personnel information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate injury and illness case coordination with site clinic and providers.
• Administer return-to-work and modified/light-duty programs; track restrictions.
• Coordinate with workers’ compensation carrier and adjusters; assemble case docs.
• Maintain HSSE document-control system ensuring current revisions and retrieval.
• Compile HSSE metrics, incident logs, and prepare periodic reports for leadership.
• Coordinate safety meetings and audits; manage PPE inventory and related logistics.
