Job summary

Bailey Information Technology Consultants, LLC in Washington, DC, seeks a HSPD-12 / PIV Card Support Specialist to own the full PIV lifecycle from identity proofing through card destruction. This on-site role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain security clearance, with agency-specific IDMS experience preferred.

You will review eligibility, perform enrollment, produce PIV cards, and document all actions in IDMS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality within a federal environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security eligibility.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience issuing HSPD-12/PIV cards with identity proofing and lifecycle management.
• Ability to learn an agency-specific identity management system.
• Strong accuracy, organization, and confidentiality with sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation to confirm eligibility for PIV issuance.
• Perform identity proofing and applicant enrollment.
• Produce PIV cards using the IDMS.
• Document credentialing actions in IDMS and related systems.
• Manage full credential lifecycle including reissuance and destruction.
• Resolve incomplete or inaccurate credential submissions.
