One Federal Solution is seeking an Analyst to support a federal government client in Washington, DC. The PIV Specialist will handle operational and administrative duties for identity management and credentialing, ensuring compliance with federal policies.

The role requires 3–5 years of federal operations experience and familiarity with ICAM, PACS, HSPD-12. Strong organization, data handling, and communication are essential in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting federal administrative, security, credentialing, or identity management operations.
• Working knowledge of ICAM, PACS, HSPD-12 and federal background investigation processes.
• Familiarity with GSA security policies and federal credentialing standards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for data and records.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational and administrative tasks supporting federal security and credentialing programs.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports compliant with ICAM, HSPD-12, PACS, and the Privacy Act.
• Coordinate, monitor, and track security background investigations and related documentation.
• Issue and manage personnel access credentials per federal security requirements.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and secure data management practices.
• Collaborate with program personnel and security teams to support compliant credentialing operations.
• Assist with audits, reporting requirements, and process improvements as needed.
