Citizant is seeking a Site Lead for the HSPD-12 Office to manage credentialing staff, ensuring compliance with federal identity standards and driving process improvements. You will oversee operations, staff development, and data security for PIV enrollment and issuance in a government environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, process optimization, and collaboration with IRS leadership to improve service delivery. This is a full-time on-site position in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a security/government environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and security protocols.
• Proficiency with MS Office and databases.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Experience with PIV credentialing (preferred).
• Familiarity with federal government security standards (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations workflow and resource coordination for efficient service.
• Bridge between staff and Citizant/IRS leadership; relay updates and decisions.
• Resolve escalated inquiries with high-quality support.
• Conduct regular site performance evaluations for management briefings.
• Mentor and develop CS staff; drive team training.
• Align staff with policy changes and ensure compliance.
• Oversee data handling practices for the on-site team.
• Prepare productivity and staffing reports for upper management.
• Manage scheduling for PIV services to minimize wait times.
