• Leadership experience in security or government environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and security protocols.
• Proficiency with MS Office and databases.

• Discretion and professionalism handling sensitive info.
• Experience with PIV credentialing (preferred).
• Familiarity with federal security/identity standards (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite credentialing team and manage workflow for PIV enrollment.
• Coordinate with Citizant and IRS upper management.
• Resolve customer inquiries with high-quality support.
• Conduct regular site performance evaluations for leadership.
• Guide and mentor staff to foster collaboration and growth.
• Identify training opportunities and organize team-building.
• Ensure policy changes are communicated and compliance is maintained.
• Oversee data handling for on-site staff and maintain privacy.
• Prepare reports on productivity, staffing needs, and operations.
• Oversee scheduling for PIV services to reduce wait times.
