Position: Solution Architect - Continuous Improvement – Managed Services

Department: Managed Services

What is your goal?

As the Solution Architect Lead for Managed Services, you will be responsible for shaping the long-term evolution of our customers’ Microsoft business application landscape after go-live. Rather than focusing on project delivery, your role is centered on continuous improvement, platform optimization, strategic advisory and technology roadmap development for enterprise customers running Dynamics 365 and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

This role is best suited for an individual with a proven track record as a Lead Solution Architect on complex, international Dynamics 365 programs and enterprise transformations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working with Microsoft business applications, including Dynamics 365.
• Proven experience working as a Lead Solution Architect on large-scale international implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, solution governance, integrations and application lifecycle management.

• A track record of defining technology roadmaps and driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading architecture teams and providing technical leadership across complex delivery landscapes.
