Job summary

Dynamis, Inc. is seeking a Contract Project Manager to serve as the single point of accountability for delivery of HSIN Program and Stakeholder Engagement support services.

The PM will manage the full contract team, oversee scope, schedule, and cost, and ensure quality across all deliverables while interfacing with Government. Required is 10+ years of leadership in project management and stakeholder activities, with PMP certification or ability to obtain within six months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading project teams and stakeholder engagement.
• PMP certification or ability to obtain within six months of entry on duty.
• Demonstrated ability to interface with Government and deliver quarterly PMRs.
• Experience with security processing and interfacing with government security officials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire contract, quality assure all deliverables, and manage schedules, scope, and cost.
• Act as primary interface with Government; attend weekly performance meetings and deliver action plans.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly PMR presentations; ensure timely delivery of PMP, Milestone Roadmap, Staffing Plan, RAMR, and other artifacts.
• Define roles, responsibilities, schedules, and risk-mitigation strategies; manage integrated project schedules.
