Job summary

Keller North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager based in Miami, FL. You will promote a positive safety culture and equip leaders with tools to mitigate risks, while directing HSEQ Coordinators across the region.

Responsibilities include leading safety staff, implementing standards, partnering with operations on risk controls, and delivering training and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Safety Sciences, Safety Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, or related field.
• At least seven years of progressive construction safety experience, with two years in leadership.
• Experience supervising safety professionals across multiple projects with program audits and reporting.
• Formal incident investigation and root-cause analysis training.
• Current OSHA Outreach Trainer authorization for construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and evaluate HSEQ Coordinators and Senior Coordinators; manage staffing and development.
• Implement HSEQ standards and drive improvement initiatives; advise leadership on risks.
• Partner with Operations to assess risks and establish controls for high‑risk activities.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and verify corrective actions; communicate findings.
• Lead incident investigations and coordinate corrective actions and lessons learned.
