Job summary

Nox Group is seeking an HSE Training Manager to design, build, and deliver health, safety, and environmental training across all projects. You will partner with Site HSE, Operations and Learning & Development to craft curricula and manage training programs company-wide.

The role leads a team of HSE personnel, ensuring consistent, high-quality safety training across locations and maintaining records in the learning management system. Travel to job sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction HSE, with training or curriculum development experience.
• Experience designing and delivering HSE training in a construction environment.
• Experience leading a trainers/coordinators team.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning and instructional design methods.
• Advanced knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead build-out and management of HSE training programs across Nox Group.
• Partner with L&D to develop training content and delivery methods.
• Schedule, coordinate, and deliver training on job sites.
• Ensure training records and documentation are maintained.
• Direct HSE trainers to ensure quality and consistency.
• Track completions, certifications, and renewals across employees.
• Assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with project leaders to identify training needs and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and related regulations.
• Manage new-hire HSE orientation globally.
