Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking a Regional Training Specialist to develop and maintain standardized HSE training material and processes across the region. You will support sites in training needs analysis, align regional procedures with corporate guidance, and collaborate with HR on online learning management systems.

The role requires 3–5+ years in OSHA compliance, safety leadership, and training material development, with travel for audits and meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Formal degree in safety, environmental, engineering or related field; direct HSE experience may substitute for degree.
• 3–5+ years of OSHA compliance, safety leadership, incident management, audits and training material development.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized HSE training material and processes for the region.
• Support sites in training needs analysis and regional HSE procedures alignment.
• Collaborate with sites and HR on LMS use (Dozuki, Workday) and regional initiatives.
• Travel to sites for audits and regional meetings as needed.
