Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. seeks a District HSE Manager to supervise safety and environmental programs across the district, guiding management, safety personnel and employees to reduce injuries and incidents while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

You will audit safety efforts, develop training, lead investigations, and drive standardization and best practices across operations, using strong communication with operations management and external partners.

Qualifications

• Understanding of OSHA, DOT, API, RRc, EPA and DOE regulations.
• Knowledge of safety, training and environmental concepts, standards and practices.
• Fluency in accident investigation and loss control techniques.
• Experience with the oil well servicing industry and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety and environmental assessments to promote compliance.
• Develop, implement and communicate safety policies and procedures across field operations.
• Lead accident investigations and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Identify training needs and support regular safety training sessions.
• Manage communication with operations management, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
• Audit training efforts for compliance with company guidelines.
