Job summary

MMR Group, Inc. is seeking a Corporate HSE Trainer to join our Baton Rouge home office. The candidate will develop, revise, and deliver safety training programs across districts, maintain the training database, and support the corporate safety department’s training plan.

This role requires bilingual English/Spanish skills and will involve on-site training and travel as needed. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, with 4–5 years of related experience, OSHA

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Proficient with MS Office and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, and implement safety training programs.
• Conduct training for Districts and sites.
• Maintain and update the training database.
• Provide HSE training support at the corporate level.
• Deliver on-site training and on-site retraining as needed.
• Create curriculum for districts and projects to meet client and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate orientation for employees and supervisors.
• Deliver safety trainings such as CPR/AED/First Aid and NFPA 70E.
