Job summary

MMR Group, Inc. is seeking a Corporate HSE Trainer to join our Baton Rouge home office full-time. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and will involve developing and delivering safety training programs across districts and projects.

You will maintain training records, support the corporate safety plan, and travel to sites to conduct on-site and refresher trainings. Ideal candidates have 4–5 years of related experience, OSHA Train-The-Trainer certifications, NFPA 70E

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or an AA in Occupational Safety & Health preferred.
• OSHA 500 Train-The-Trainer certification or equivalent; OSHA 510 or equivalent; NFPA 70E knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, and implement HSE training programs.
• Conduct training for Districts and company-wide to support corporate safety training plans.
• Maintain the training database and provide HSE training support.
• Travel to job sites to deliver on-site and retraining as required.
• Deliver CPR/AED/First Aid, ESWP/NFPA 70E, MEWP, and Equipment Training as needed.
• Assist with site-specific new hire orientation and safety training for supervisory staff.
