Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Safety Coordinator (HSE) in Fort Worth, TX. You will promote safety culture across the campus, develop and deliver safety programs, and ensure OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities include training, incident investigations, recordkeeping, and coordination with management to maintain a safe, healthy workplace. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work night shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related safety experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, implement, and evaluate departmental safety programs.
• Develop and conduct safety training for all employees and ensure compliance.
• Maintain OSHA records and coordinate incident investigations.
• Coordinate training scheduling and ensure timely completion of mandated safety training.
• Monitor safety performance and liaise with management on improvements.
