Job summary

Module X Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to oversee health, safety, and environmental practices within our manufacturing facility in Shreveport. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs that ensure compliance with regulations and promote a culture of safety across all levels.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HSE, strong OSHA knowledge, and experience with safety management systems.

Qualifications

2+ years of health, safety, and environmental management experience in manufacturing, oil & gas, or construction.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental laws, and safety standards.
Experience with ISO 45001/ISO 14001 systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs compliant with OSHA and regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards and drive corrective actions.
Develop and enforce policies promoting a safe working environment.
Lead investigations of incidents and implement root-cause corrective actions.
Monitor safety performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Conduct safety training and toolbox talks to engage the workforce.
Collaborate with production and maintenance to resolve safety issues.
Ensure environmental compliance including waste disposal and air/water safety.
