Rosendin Electric, Inc. invites applications for an entry-level HSE Specialist I. This field-based role supports health, safety, and environmental programs by collaborating with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and customer representatives on active construction sites.

You will assist in inspections, hazard identifications, incident investigations, and safety trainings to promote a safe work environment and align with company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Oracle preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work on active construction sites up to 80% of time.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, regulatory agencies, and medical facilities.
• Support safety program promotion and incident prevention initiatives.
• Assist in implementing project-based safety programs aligned with goals.
• Contribute to pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.
• Support safety meetings and training to raise hazard awareness.
• Assist in developing job hazard analyses to identify risks and controls.
• Support investigations of incidents, near-misses, and claims.
• Maintain knowledge of HSE standards, programs, and objectives.
• Promote HSE goals across projects to ensure safe, productive environments.
