Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking an HSE Specialist I to support health, safety, and environmental programs on active construction sites. This entry-level, field-based role collaborates with internal teams, regulators, and client representatives to promote a safe work environment.

You will assist in inspections, hazard analyses, incident investigations, training, and compliance documentation while supporting audits and safety initiatives aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent related experience.
• OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR required.
• Must be able to spend 80% of time on active construction sites.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, regulatory agencies, and medical facilities to maintain relationships.
• Support and promote the safety program and incident prevention initiatives.
• Assist in implementing project-based safety programs aligned with goals.
• Contribute to pre-task planning and site safety meetings.
