Rosendin is seeking an entry-level HSE Specialist I to support health, safety, and environmental programs on active construction sites. You will collaborate with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and customers to promote a safe work environment.

The role involves site inspections, hazard identifications, incident investigations, and safety trainings to meet company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Requires 4 year related degree or equivalent experience.
• OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, STS-C.
• Ability to spend 80% of working time on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, regulatory agencies, and medical facilities to maintain relationships.
• Support and promote the company’s safety program and local incident prevention initiatives.
• Assist in implementing project-based safety programs aligned with strategic goals.
• Contribute to pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.
• Help prepare and deliver safety meetings and training to enhance hazard awareness.
• Contribute to development and review of job hazard analyses to identify risks and controls.
• Support incident, near-miss, and claim investigations and communications.
• Maintain knowledge of HSE standards, programs and objectives.
• Promote HSE goals across projects for safe, productive environments.
• Assist in developing routine HSE project plans and specifications.
• Provide input for audits, inspections, evaluations and incident investigations.
• Maintain required reports and documentation to meet standards.
