The role emphasizes site inspections, incident investigations, training, and plan development to align with company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to spend 80% of time on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, and regulators to maintain relationships.
• Support and promote the safety program and incident prevention initiatives.
• Assist in implementing project-based safety programs and pre-task planning.
• Deliver safety meetings and training to enhance hazard awareness.
• Contribute to job hazard analyses and incident investigations.
• Maintain HSE documentation to meet regulatory standards.
