Rosendin is seeking an entry-level HSE Specialist I to support health, safety and environmental programs at active construction sites. This field-based role collaborates with internal teams, regulators, and customer reps to promote safe work practices.

Responsibilities include inspections, hazard identification, incident investigations, training, and compliance documentation to meet company and regulatory standards. OSHA 30 and related certifications are preferred.

• Able to work on active construction sites 80% of time

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, client reps, regulators, and medical facilities to maintain relationships.
• Support and promote the company’s safety program and incident-prevention initiatives.
• Assist in implementing project-based safety programs aligned with goals.
• Contribute to pre-task planning and job-site safety meetings.
• Deliver safety meetings and training to raise hazard awareness.
• Develop and review job hazard analyses to identify risks and controls.
• Support investigations of incidents, near-misses, and claims.
• Maintain knowledge of HSE standards and objectives.
• Promote HSE goals across projects to ensure safety and productivity.
• Develop routine HSE project plans and specifications.
• Provide input for audits, inspections, evaluations, and investigations.
• Maintain required reports and documentation to meet standards
