This entry-level role collaborates with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and customer reps to promote a safe work environment.

You will help with planning, audits, training, investigations, and compliance documentation, while advancing the company’s safety standards on multiple projects nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, client reps, regulatory agencies, and medical facilities.
• Support and promote safety programs and incident prevention initiatives.
• Assist in implementing project safety programs aligned with goals.
• Contribute to pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.
• Deliver safety meetings and training to raise hazard awareness.
• Develop and review job hazard analyses to identify risks.
• Support investigations and communications of incidents and near-misses.
• Maintain knowledge of HSE standards, programs, and objectives.
• Promote HSE goals across projects for safety and productivity.
• Assist in developing routine HSE project plans and specs.
• Provide input for audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Maintain reports and documentation to meet standards.
