Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience supporting applications in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS applications within the pharma or life sciences domain.
• Understanding of CSV principles and compliance requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for HSE SaaS applications in an enterprise environment.
• Manage user requests, incidents, and enhancements.
• Evaluate vendor-proposed updates or modifications.
• Configure and qualify SaaS applications in accordance with defined policies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy solutions.
