Zusammenfassung

ABB invites motivated students to join its two-year rotational Trainee Program in the United States. You will gain hands-on experience across manufacturing operations, supply chain, purchasing, logistics, and HSE, with rotations structured as 6/6/12 months within the Electrification business group.

You will design and execute manufacturing projects, optimize production lines, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Preferred internships or co-ops in relevant fields.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
• Proven project management experience with ability to manage timelines and deliverables.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced data analysis skills.

Aufgaben

• Support risk assessments and ensure hazard controls are implemented.
• Coordinate incident reporting and assist investigations to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety and environmental culture and coach employees on safe work practices.
• Support HSE programs, projects, objectives, and improvement initiatives.
• Engage in ABB social events and build a broad internal network.
