Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years in an HSE or compliance support function. Experience with ISNetworld, Veriforce, PEC, and Avetta is a plus, and familiarity with OSHA requirements is helpful.

Qualifications

• Maintain HSE records, logs, and databases, including training records, incident reports, inspection checklists, safety data sheets, and permits.
• Maintain HSE contractor management platforms using ISNetworld, Veriforce, PEC and Avetta.
• Track required safety training and certifications, sending reminders ahead of renewals and expirations.
• Schedule and document safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site inspections.
• Support incident and near-miss reporting, including data entry and follow-up on corrective action status.
• Help prepare materials for internal and external HSE audits.
• Assist with regulatory recordkeeping such as OSHA 300 logs.
• Prepare routine reports and metrics summaries for HSE leadership.
• Support onboarding documentation and general department administration.
