Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years of admin support in HSE/compliance.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HSE records, logs, and databases (training, incidents, permits).
• Manage HSE platforms (ISNetworld, Veriforce, PEC, Avetta) and reminders for renewals.
• Document safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site inspections.
• Support incident reporting and corrective actions tracking.
• Assist with internal and external HSE audits and OSHA recordkeeping.
