TMS International in West Mifflin, PA is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental efforts at our 24/7 facility. You will implement policies, oversee ISO 9001 compliance, and partner with multiple departments to promote a culture of safety.

The role requires auditing, incident investigation, training, and reporting to corporate. Strong OSHA knowledge and ability to manage emergency action plans are essential; must be proficient in MS Office and work as part of a

Qualificações

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree or 3 years in industrial safety management.
• ABET-accredited Safety program degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 experience preferred.
• Experience in root cause analysis.
• Ability to develop an Emergency Action Plan and serve as primary contact for site injuries and incidents.
• Proven ability to develop and implement safety programs and training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Team player with strong work ethics.

Responsabilidades

• Administers attendance and safety incentives.
• Supports company policies, dress codes, work rules, safety rules, and ethics.
• Supports EH&S program day-to-day operations.
• Monitors and documents OSHA, federal, state and local compliance.
• Investigates accidents and incidents, prepares reports, and recommends improvements.
• Prepares required reports to corporate headquarters.
• Collaborates with management to promote a safety culture.
• Conducts and participates in audits to evaluate performance and identify corrections.
• Maintains safety and environment documentation and revises when necessary.
• Documents and monitors prevention training and injury reporting.
