Job summary

Integra, based in Georgia, seeks an experienced HSE Manager to oversee day-to-day safety across operations. You will implement safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA/EPA, and lead site-based safety staff and training.

In this role you will drive continuous improvement by incident investigations, risk assessments, root cause analyses, and collaborations with operations, engineering, and leadership to embed safety into all work phases. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, industrial hygiene, environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction or General Industry – Required
• First Aid/CPR Certification – required
• Minimum 5 years of progressive safety experience, including field-based roles.
• Experience leading other safety professionals; high-risk industries desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation, review, and implementation of safety plans, procedures, and deliverables.
• Provide mentorship to junior safety professionals.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other standards.
• Participate in and lead high-level safety reviews for risk and complex processes.
• Plan and deliver targeted training on safety practices and hazard mitigation.
• Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and root cause analyses.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce risks.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety into all work phases.
• Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
