Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental programs across multiple project sites. The role emphasizes leadership development, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring regulatory and company standards are met with a strong safety culture.

You will collaborate with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers to maintain a safe, productive work environment while guiding strategic safety initiatives and risk reduction across the data center lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience or 11+ years with SMS.
• Proven ability to coach, develop and manage teams and leaders.
• Willingness to spend 80% on active construction sites.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and develop future leaders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple safety programs and lead corrective actions.
• Plan and assign work for field teams.
• Develop future leaders and safety professionals.
• Coach HSE staff to strengthen talent pipelines.
• Align safety strategy with field execution across sites.
• Assess training needs and develop targeted programs.
• Facilitate cross-functional safety collaborations and reporting.
• Promote accountability across leadership levels.
• Integrate safety into all phases of project lifecycle.
• Drive safety initiatives related to ESG and resilience.
