Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking a Senior HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental programs across multiple project sites. You will mentor junior members, develop future leaders, and collaborate with field leadership, subcontractors and customers to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

The role requires oversight of training, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on building capability and aligning corporate safety strategy with field execution.

Qualifications

• 4-year related degree and 8 years related experience required
• ASP certification or 11 years relevant experience is acceptable
• Strong experience supervising multiple teams in construction safety and compliance

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress of safety programs across multiple sites and take corrective action
• Plan and assign work for team members
• Develop future leaders and mentor safety professionals
• Coach and manage HSE staff to strengthen talent pipelines
• Align safety strategy with field execution across projects
• Assess training needs and deliver targeted programs
• Facilitate communication between EHS leadership and field teams
• Promote accountability across leadership levels
• Integrate safety into all phases of the project lifecycle
• Contribute to cross‑site safety initiatives and risk reduction
