Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager for its Bowling Green, Kentucky operation. The role leads the establishment of HSE programs and safety culture during startup and transitions into ongoing site ownership.

The ideal candidate will develop programs, train staff, investigate incidents, and ensure OSHA and environmental compliance while partnering with engineering, HR, and operations on risk management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HSE experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and general safety requirements.
• Experience developing safety programs and procedures and conducting investigations.
• Familiarity with environmental compliance and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup HSE programs during facility startup, installation, and commissioning.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Manage OSHA, EPA, and local regulatory compliance across the operation.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
• Lead or support safety committees and training across employees and contractors.
