Advantic Building Group is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead, build, and continuously improve our company-wide safety program across two manufacturing facilities and customer project sites. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, relationship building, and practical safety solutions to protect our people and business.

You will develop strategy, implement programs, coach leaders, and build a scalable HSE function as the company grows, with about 25% travel to project sites to verify

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in safety/ IH/ engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HSE experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
• Experience building or significantly improving safety programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead and improve Advantic's HSE program across facilities and project sites.
• Travel ~25% to project sites to assess conditions and coach field teams.
• Develop and deliver HSE training, policies, and procedures.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
