ISS Facility Services / Guckenheimer seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental programs across the San Francisco account. You will partner with the North America HSEQ team, site leadership, and clients to advance safety culture and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on improving TRIR/LTIR, managing incident investigations, and ensuring alignment with ISO 14000/45000. A BS in Safety or related field and 7+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and other regulatory standards.
• Experience delivering HSE programs in large industrial environments.
• ISO 14000/45000 familiarity preferred.

HSE ManagerKey PurposeThe HSE Manager provides functional leadership in the development and implementation of processes to maintain and improve Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance, as well as work to create an overarching positive safety culture.The successful candidate will create, implement and manage programs for the sites across the assigned area, with the objective of improving the Health, Safety and Environmental performance of the account.
