Ensure compliance with local and international HSSE regulations, industry best practices, and client expectations.
Provide strategic leadership in risk management, hazard identification, and mitigation strategies.
Lead HSSE training, awareness programs, and competency development for project personnel.
Conduct regular HSSE audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring timely corrective actions.
Foster a strong HSSE culture through engagement, coaching, and proactive communication with project teams.
Liaise with regulatory authorities, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure seamless HSSE compliance.

Qualifications
Degree qualified in relevant discipline

Knowledge, skills and experience:
Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, industry standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001), and best practices
Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive a safety-first culture.
Experience with emergency response planning, environmental impact assessment, and security risk management
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
